This website is run by Adiviath Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2026PTC228442), registered office WorkFlo Ranka Junction, Property No. 224, 3rd Floor, #80/3, Vijinapur Village, Old Madras Road, K R Puram Hobli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016. What we collect
- What you type in the contact form: your name, business name, email or phone number, what you are interested in, and your message.
- Emails you send us, including your email address and anything you write or attach.
- Basic server logs kept by our host (IP address, time and page requested), used for security.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss work with you.
- To protect the site from abuse.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run the site. We share with each provider only what its role needs.
- Vercel Inc.: hosts the website and keeps its server logs.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare: runs Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot.
- Google Workspace (Google), which hosts our contact@adiviath.com mailbox.
Some of these providers process data outside India.
Where it is stored and for how long
When you send the form, your enquiry is stored in our mailbox and in Resend's delivery logs. Emails you send us are stored in our mailbox.
- Enquiries and email: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Server logs: for our host's standard retention period.
How we protect it
- The whole site uses HTTPS.
- Passwords and keys are kept out of the website's code.
- Access to enquiries is limited to the founder.
- We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Your choices and rights
- This site does not use analytics and sets no cookies of its own. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for bots, which may store information on Cloudflare's own domain.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing our grievance contact at contact@adiviath.com.
We reply within 30 days.
